I am currently in my 27th year of teaching and my 9th year at Stanton Community High School.  I graduated from Orchard Public High School and chose to further my education at Dana College in Blair, NE.  Upon completing my Bachelor's Degree I began my teaching career in Blue Hill, NE from 1997-1999. I was then presented with an opportunity to teach and coach at Wisner-Pilger High School from 1999-2002.  During this time I also completed my Master's Degree at Wayne State College. Upon completion of my Master's Degree I chose to challenge myself to a larger school setting.  This challenge led me to Omaha South High Magnet School from 2002-2015.  In 2013 a little boy entered my husbands and my lives.  This began our process of making one more move.  We decided we would like to raise our son closer to where we grew up. This is what led me to Stanton Community High School in 2015.
